Authentic Consultancy spawned from Woldhuis T&C, which was founded in November 2018, just after the CEO/founder Alex Woldhuis left Shell after 28 years of work in technical and commercial roles. While working for Shell, Alex was active for 14 years in technical roles related to emission reduction, running some 50 projects and preventing emissions similar to what a large city emits over 100 years!
Authentic Consultancy was created to support two initiatives, those two being setting up a new Stroopwafel (Dutch special waffle) business called Waffely and supporting companies with New Business Development and related consultancy work.
